She was predeceased by: her parents, Lou Frazier and Billie Frazier; her son Jeff Slater; and her brother John Frazier. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Erika Slater (David), Maggie Croyle (Nathan), Hunter Slater and Megan Slater; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Brylen Adam, Noli, Avery and Malaya Croyle; and her siblings, Wade Frazier, Bob Frazier (Doris) and Mary Lou Walker (Bobby). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Shriner's Children Hospital or St. Judes Children Hospital.
