He was predeceased by: his wife Florine Hubbard Gladson; his parents, Charles Gladson and Maggie Young Gladson; his grandson Jeremy Andrew Shedden; and his brothers, Charles Chick Gladson, Orville Gladson and Jack Gladson.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Shedden (Bill) of Rogersville; his grandchildren, Katie Shedden Dean (Jason) of Clovis, Dolly Shedden Shaffer (Derek) of Rogersville, Jason Shedden (Tomarra) of Sevierville and Dr. Austin Shedden (Christen) of Athens, GA; and his great grandchildren, Austin Shedden, Launa Shedden, Harper Shaffer, Channing Shaffer, Bonnie Claire Dean and Vivian "Vivi" Grace Dean.
