He was predeceased by: his wife Charlcie Fletcher; his parents, Kyle Fletcher and Odell Fletcher; his sisters, Dolores Barker and Alice Hamblen; his brothers-in-law, John Hamblen and Walter Williams; and his nieces, Gloria Hanely and Tammy Jones.
He is survived by: his son James Edward Fletcher; his siblings, Sandra Williams, Eunice Jones and Doug Fletcher; his friend Bill Owens; his niece Michelle Bean; and his brother-in-law John Lamb.
