He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Miller and Thelma Miller; his sons, Christopher Martin Miller and Ray Williams III; his siblings, Pat Miller, Roy Miller, Eva Higgins, Daphne Smith (Sis), Jack Miller and Brenda Morningstar; and his great grandchild Baby Taylor Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Linda "Kay" Miller; his children, Kenneth Lee Miller Jr. (Jennifer) and Jennifer Lynn Cheek (Jeff); his grandchildren, Rebecca Williams, Kenneth "Justin" Miller (Kelli), Josh Wallen (Shawna), Kayleigh McClain, Kaylee Cheek and Ryleigh Miller; his great grandchildren, Kristian, Tyler, Brooklyn, Maddox, Kendalyn and Jordyn; his siblings, JoAnn Horne (Francis), Jim Miller (Paula), Linda Hall and Jerry Miller (Theresa); and his sister-in-law Patsy Miller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
