She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Smith; her children, Christina Elliott, Franklin Herbert (Aimee) and Garret Smith; her grandchildren, Julie Elliott, Allie Elliott, Aiden Herbert and Tyeson Herbert; and her brothers, Randy Tavlin and David Tavlin.
In lieu of flowers, in Julie's words, "Don't spend five dollars on a card, donate it to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in hopes that no child or child's family will have to go through the devastation that cancer causes.".
