She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Lee Roark; her parents, Thomas O. Walker and Della Ward Walker; her stepmother Parlee Heck Walker; and her sisters, Lillie Belle Kite, Lucille Long and Lucinda Cawood.
She is survived by: her children, Georgia L. Lavengood of Bulls Gap and Eugene Roark (Shirley) of Mosheim; and her grandchildren, Regina Brooks, Darrell Clark (Teresa), Richard Clark (Jacquie), Tammy Brooks (Ralph), Brian Clark (Tina), Audrey Roark, Tony Roark, Julie Shelton and Amy Robinson. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren.
