Hipshire; his daughters, Angela Giddings (Raymond Ford) of Jefferson City and Sandra Rose Giddings of Ohio; his stepdaughter Michelle Linkous (Denny) of Kingsport; his mother Betty Oates (Bob) of Morristown; his siblings, Shirley Ward (Joe) of Morristown, Donna Seal (Mike) of Morristown, Jimmy Grant (Angie) of Morristown, Bobby Oates of Morristown and David Giddings of Maryland; and his grandchildren, Cassie Wilder, Cheyenne Ford, Shelby Giddings and Braylee Giddings. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews; co- workers and many friends.
