He is survived by: his wife Debbie Kinsler Bailey; his children, Brittany Bailey, Amber Bailey, Jessie Bailey and Rodney Bailey; his grandsons, Andrew Bailey and Logan Bailey; and his siblings, Donna Andies (Keith), Sue Alvis, Gary Bailey (Donna) of Rogersville and Jackie Bailey (Connie) of Rogersville.
