It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joanne Barker (Rogersville, Tennessee), who passed away on April 25, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Elkins and Opal Elkins; and her brother Ronnie Elkins. She is survived by: her son Scott Barker (Terri); her granddaughters, Kelli and Lilli; her son Kevin Elkins (Amanda); her grandsons, Alexander of Rogersville, Noah of Rogersville and Luke of Rogersville; and her siblings, Dr. Larry Elkins (Cheri) of Newland, Stan Elkins (Patty) of Spruce Pine, Linda Markham (Kelly) of Rogersville, Rick Elkins (Trisha) of Clearwater, Florida, Brenda Smith (Dave), Donna Elkins, Ronda Fields (Tim) of Rogersville, Sheila Parker (Lee) of Morristown and Pat Mullins of Rogersville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews; great nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Due to the current national pandemic conditions and regulations, there will not be a traditional receiving of friends at the Funeral Home; however, a Celebration of Life for Joanne will be planned at a later date.
