She was predeceased by: her father Alan Leroy Walker; her grandparents, Dave Henry Phillips, Cordellia Collins and Clearence Thomas Walker Sr. (Madeline); and her aunt Jessie Bellamy (Dennis) of Church Hill, TN.
She is survived by: her husband Landon Kedric Wayne Hickman; her daughters, Khloe Shay and Willow Rayne Hickman; her mother Clara Evelyn Clark of Kingsport, TN; her siblings, Donna Suzanne Phillips, Maria LouAnn Walker and Gregory Alan Walker; her nephews, Tyler Phillips and Eli Horton; her niece Hailey Horton; her parents-in-law, Ronald Wayne and Wendie Dawn Hickman; her brother-in-law Weston Slade Hickman (Brea); and her close friends, Brandy Delancey, Latasha Sisco, Amanda Stanberry and Rhonda Linkous.
