He is survived by: his parents, Emil Kucko and Alice Kucko; his brother Ernie Kucko; his wife Kathy Kucko; his children, Jeff Caldwell, Scott Cadwell, Mike Cadwell, Amanda Warman, Douglas Baker, Joshua Kucko and Destiny Kucko; and his niece Melanie Kucko. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
