He is survived by: his wife Ellaree Collier; his children, Sue Collier, James Jr. Collier (Lisa), Gary Collier (Grainger) and Brenda Johnson (Junior); his grandchildren, Dustin Collier (Hannah), Thomas Elkins, Amber Elkins and Crystal McDaniel; and his siblings, Bruce Collier (Cheryl), Coy Collier (Ginny), Doris Fannon and Joyce Fannon (Lester). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
