He is survived by: his wife Annette Killebrew; his children, James (Kathy), Brian, Dennis (Melissa), Kevin (Melissa), Myron (Libby), Karen Killebrew and Sharon Cowan (Charlie); and his siblings, Dan, Kenny, Ricky and Sandra Athey. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
