He is survived by: his brothers, Terry Burns (Sue) of Rogersville and Randy Burns (Pam Russell Wagner) of Rogersville; his nephew Logan Sowders; his aunts, Hope Byrd and Barbara Byrd; and his cousins, Tammy Harris, Theresa Breedlove, Lisa Gibbs, Rita Jefferson, Missy Smith, Natalie Wilson, Marsha Byrd Lardin, Christy King, Robin Jones, Jeremy Byrd, Charlie Byrd, Ronnie Byrd, Phillip Burns II, Chris Byrd, Mark Byrd and Rocky Byrd. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
