It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Brooks of Rogersville, Tennessee, who passed away on June 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Eunice Lois Bentley Brooks; his parents, Jessie Brooks and Mary Church Brooks; and his sister Emma Carpenter. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Harrell (Phillip), Angel Shanks (Stefan) of Rogersville, Nancy Cook (Randy) and Glenda Begley (Rick) of Mooresburg; his grandchildren, Jarod Harrell, Jacob Harrell, Ritchie Begley, Jessica North, Abby Shanks and Heidi Shanks; and his sister Joan Johnson of Rogersville. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
