He is survived by: his parent Irene Campbell Mullins; his wife Penny Mullins; his children, Michele Jordan (Paul), Cindy Mullins and Wayne Mullins, II; his grandchildren, Hollis W. Mullins, III, Kaleigh Jordan, Sidney Mullins, Alexandra Jordan, Kenneth Mullins and Conner Mullins; his brother Morris Mullins (Ann); and his niece Melanie Mullins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations my be sent to the American Cancer Society.
