He is survived by: his daughter Kristi June Mullins; his grandchildren, Brady Biggs and Katie Biggs of Rogersville, Tennessee; his daughter-in-law DeLisa Mullins; his grandchild-in-law Logan Tuell (Keri-Ann); his granddaughter Sydney of Bristol, Virginia; and his caregiver Debra Bledsoe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
