He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Price and Ruth McMakin Horton; his brother George L. Price (Bits); his niece Bonnie Stamps (Price); and his nephew Robert C. Armstrong IV.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Armstrong Price; his children, Mary Neil Price of Franklin, TN, Sarah Emory Price (Stephen Florimbi) of Rockport, ME and John Houston Price of Arlington, VA; his granddaughters, Sarah Reid Seitz (Sally) and Caroline Elizabeth Seitz of Amherst, MA; his brother John Mac Price (Jo Anne) of Huntsville, AL; his nieces and nephews, David Price (Rebecca) of Gainesville, FL, Donald H. Armstrong of Chattanooga, TN, Karen Morausky (Price) of Woodstock, GA, Dana (Price) and Mayes (Jerry) of Nashville, TN; and also Mark Seitz of Franklin, TN. He is also survived by grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.
