Smith, Aleita Jo Gladson (Johnny), Milissa Chess and Lisa Mullins; his grandchildren, Michael Reagan, Donavan Spears, Haley Spears and Marshal Spears (Shelby); his great grandchildren, Bowen Sykes and Karter Goins; his close friend Patsy Hadley (Blondie); and his siblings, Doyle Smith (Carolyn), Sandra Voiles, Bruce Smith (Debbie), Ronnie Smith (Joyce) and Patricia Matthews (Kyle). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
