He was predeceased by: his mother Willie Mae Cupp; and his siblings, Martha Banner and Bobby Joe Cupp. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cupp; his children, Greg Cupp (Deann), Krystal Mathes (Jerry), Travis Cupp (Chelsea) and Brandi Heinz (Dustin); his grandchildren, Desiree Mathes, Kali Hurd, Peyton Hurd, Lacie Cupp, Shanna Cupp, Blake Hurd, Abby Cupp, Hunter Cupp, Jared Hice and Zane Cupp; and his caregivers, Christie Huff and Amanda Christian.
