It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Jones of Rogersville, Tennessee, who passed away on September 14, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Wilcox Jones; his parents, Clifford Jones and Clyde Ball Jones; and his son Kevin Jones. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Barton (Tim) of Surgoinsville and Beverly Helphrey (Jason) of Jacksonville, FL; his grandsons, Justin Jones (Amber), Laker Jones (Caitlin) and Blaze Jones; his stepgrandsons, Adam Barton (Tonya) and Eric Barton (Mindy); and his cousin Joan King. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, friends and family may visit Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville 8:30 A. M. to 4:30 P. M. on Friday, September 17, 2021, to view Mr. Jones and sign the guest register.
