He is survived by: his parents, Joe Mullins and Ethel Howerton Mullins; his wife Patricia; his children, Gary, Bruce (Donna) of Kingport, Nancy Johnson (Michael) of Rogersville and Diane Gurkin (Robert) of Weaverville, NC; his grandsons, Hunter Mullins (Leslie) and Chase Gurkin; his great grandchildren, Chloe Mullins, Clara Mullins and Chyler Mullins; his siblings, Joann Bennett, Earl (Martha), Ray (Joyce), Larry (Christine) and Dennis (Linda); and his brother-in-law James Boyd (Sandra) of Knoxville. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
