He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Cupp Nichols and Kelsie A. Williams; his siblings, Barbara Burton, Ethel Parvin, Charles Williams and James Williams; and his grandchild Manes.
He is survived by: his children, Frankie R. Manes (Joey), Felicia Rhodes, Natasha Williams and Frank R. Williams, Jr. (Gwen); his grandson Bentley Williams; his sister-in-law Gladys Williams; and his close friends, Cindy Roberts and Autumn Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
