He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Gugelchuk; his son Frank Gugelchuk, Jr.; his granddaughter Michelle Lashlee (Scotty); his sisters, Anna Stepp and Helen Wiliamson; and his sister-in-law Sally Gugelchuk.
