It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Odell Lawson (Rogersville, Tennessee), who passed away on October 7, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Reid; her parents, Paul Owens and Lula Belle Owens; her brother Bill Owens; and her daughter-in-law Wanda.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Legg (Bill), Gerald Lawson (Connie) of Rogersville and David Lawson (Sherri) of Ridgeville, SC; her grandchildren, Aimee of Jefferson City, Shaleena of Lillington, NC, Amanda of College Station, TX, David, Reid of Ridgeville, SC, Billy and Conner of Rogersville; her sister-in-law Nell Owens; her niece Wendy; her nephews, Billy Owens (Teresa) and Jeff Owens (Faye); and her close friend Kim Lawson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hawkins County Crewettes or to the Gideon's for bibles.
