She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas and Lora Alma Walker; her stepmother Juanita Lee Walker; her son Steven DeWayne; the father of her child Frank Bruce Leake; her siblings, James, Edward, Theodore, Milton, Merle, Terry Walker, Barbara Brown, Linda Walker and Mildred Walker; and her nephew Perry Walker.
She is survived by: her son Gregory Bruce Leake; her grandchildren, Gregory Wayne Leake, Stephanie Darlene Leake and Kristi Jean Ward; her great grandchildren, Gannon Wayne Leake, Madison Grace Ward and Alden Wayne Ward; and her brother Leslie Curtis Walker.
