It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethelene Turner of Rogersville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 21, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles D. Turner; and her parents, Roscoe Dozier and Marie Woodall Dozier. She is survived by: her uncle Charlie; her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Turner, Iva Burkhart (Nick) and David Smith; and her close friends, Doug and Judy Baker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
