She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Willard Chamberlain, Sr.; her parents, Burl Holt and Alma Holt; and her brother Burl Holt, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Fred Willard Chamberlain, Jr., Karen Chamberlain and Cheryl Redmon; her grandsons, Freddy Carl Chamberlain and Ryan Garland; and her great grandchildren, Dakota Chamberlain and Ashton Webb. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
