He was predeceased by: his parents, Mollie Buttry Trent and George Brownlow Trent of Rogersville; his siblings, Beulah Mae Cupp, Norma Jean Henry, George Alva Trent and Charles Edward Trent; and his grandson Jared Isom.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Trent; his daughters, Renee Reed of Rogersville, Lisa Sebastian (Kelly) of Rogersville and Kathy Jo Trent (John Lee) of Rogersville; and his sister Willa Dean Hall (Trent) of East Bend, NC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
