He was predeceased by: his parents, C. B. Arnott and Ora Long Arnott; his wife Odell Shanks Arnott; and his siblings, Lottie Lauderdale and Paul Arnott.
He is survived by: his son Tommy (Linda Arnott); his grandson Travis (Carla Arnott); his great grandchildren, Parker and Blake Arnott; his sister Della Ward; his close friend Janie Davis; and also Karen Arnott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hopewell Church.
