He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Murray and Vera Strickland Murray Castleberry; and his siblings, Mary Murray Herring and Walter Thomas Murray. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Hartley Murray; his children, Ernie Murray (Frances) and Julie Murray Forgety; his grandchildren, Amy Murray and Will Gentry (Brittani); and his great grandchildren, Kaira Stallins, Ender Stallins and Tom. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; several great-great- nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
