He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Carmack and Betty Carmack. He is survived by: his son Christopher C. "Bubba" Carmack; his siblings, Debra Carmack, Gary Carmack (Ronda) and Brian Carmack; his nieces and nephews, Tisha Lawson, Aleshia Carmack, Kelsey Carmack, Kari Carmack, Billie Jean Carmack, Brent Carmack, Malachi Carmack, Blake Mayes and Devon Carmack; and his close friends, Bobby Fultz, Jimmy "Bones" Sexton, Makayla Arnold and Maynard Mullins.
