She was predeceased by: her parents, Worley Hurd and Retha Mae Johnson Hurd. She is survived by: her husband Donny Maddox; her children, Angel Graybeal (Johnny), Clesta Taylor Maddox and Chris Graybeal of Rogersville; and her siblings, Patricia Cope (Johnny) of Rogersville, Janet Bradley (Stanley) of Rogersville, Judy Lewis (Tim) of Rogersville, Mary Purdy (Frank) of Rogersville, Jackie Hurd, Phillip Hurd (Nita), John Paul Hurd (Rose) and Joseph Hurd (Kim) of Rogersville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
