He is survived by: his sons, Lewis, Marty, David and Kameron; his grandchildren, Ashley, Tiaria and Mikayla; his great grandchildren, Riley and Addie; and his siblings, Dave, Ruth, Sue and Eva. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and special close friends.
