She is survived by: her parents, Lynda Hines Carter of Bulls Gap and Bruce Smith of Callahan, FL; her sisters, Denise Scheller (Jeremy) of Greeneville and Veronica Smith (Scott) of Jacksonville Beach, FL; her fiancé Anthony Elmore of Rogersville; her stepparents, O'Dell Carter of Bulls Gap and Wendy Smith of Callahan, FL; and her stepbrothers, Tony Carter of Ocala, FL and Terry Carter of Leesburg, FL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
