She is survived by: her sons, Braedan Bailey of Kentucky and Jace Hood of Kentucky; her brothers, Kenny, Annalisa Vaughan, Matthew and Dori Vaughan; and her aunts and uncles, Glenn, Jan Seabolt, Jennifer Simmons Smith, Cliff Henry and Donna Vaughan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
