He was predeceased by: his grandfather Thomas Blackhawk, Sr.; and his aunt Tisa Blackhawk. He is survived by: his siblings, Daisy M. Chavez, Kingden D. Blackhawk, Tanier G. Blackhawk, Kenneth L. Parker, III, Maxxan C. Blackhawk and Clayton L. Parker; his grandparents, Julie A. Wooten, Jr., Irene Stevenson and Maxine Buffalo; his aunts, Christina Muriel, Holly Hampton, Doreen Lyons and Claudette Blackhawk; and his uncle Francis Stevenson.
