She was predeceased by: her husband Luke Smith; her parents, Jack Burns and Delia Wallace Burns; and her brothers, Bill Burns and Bud Burns.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Manis (Stanley), Nancy Ledford, Kathy Trent (Gary), Sue Mallory (Bob), Jill Robinette, Dave Smith (Brenda), Mark Smith (Susan) and Tim Smith; her brother Jimmy Burns (Reba); and her grandchildren, Brandy Horne, Michael Manis (Mary Beth), Tisa Vicchio (Brian), Rusty Rimer, Geesha Bloomer (Noah), Glen Trent (Cassie), Chad Smith (Ashley), Shawna Owen (Brent), Jason Smith (Alison), Shannon Smith (Julie), Cameron Smith (Stephanie), Zandee Davenport (Joey), Christie Brooks (Jimmy), Ashley Skelton (Ron), Bella, Emma, Damon Robinette, Erik Robinette and Nathaniel Robinette. She is also survived by 38 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
