It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Baird Stephens (Rogersville, Tennessee), who passed away on July 11, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. R. B. Baird and Elsie Baird. She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Mann (Tim) and Laura Chess; her grandchildren, Noah, Becca Mann and Nathan Armstrong Jr.; her siblings, Elizabeth Allis (Charlie), Becky Ehrhard, Margaret Price (Ronnie), R. B. Baird III and Edward Baird (Tammy); and her nieces and nephews, Allison Chen, Steven Price, Caroline Baird and Ryan Baird. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
