He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles Elkins, Suzie Elkins, Clarence Steele and Betty Steele. He is survived by: his parents, Karen Elkins Hayes (Rufus) and Scott Steele; his siblings, Bernice Hayes, Josh Steele (Ashley) of Rogersville and Jimmy Hayes (Tammy) of Knoxville; his aunts, Jeannie Dewitte (Steve), Amy Gregg, Phyllis McAdams (Joel), Amanda Jarvis (Steven) and Mitzi Lee; and his uncle Daryl Steele (Kim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
