He is survived by: his parents, Charles Clifford and Shirley Looney; his children, Forrest Looney (Brittney) of Rogersville and Olivia Looney of Erwin; his grandchildren, Braydon Haun of Rogersville, Maylee of Rogersville and Tayen Looney of Rogersville; his siblings, Rhonda Robinson (Nimrod) of Rogersville, Lonnie Looney (Traci) of Rogersville, Tammie Dixon (Roy) of Summerville, SC and Mark Looney (Kellie) of Easley, SC; and his aunts and uncles, Helen Spears of Rogersville, Douglas Looney (Victoria) of Walnut Creek, CA, Stella Pyles of Rogersville, Jim Brice (Rose) of Kingsport and Charles Brice of Rogersville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other family members.
