He was predeceased by: his son Perry Johnson; his wife Mildred Green Johnson; and his parents, Charles Johnson and Amanda Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Poag (Alan) and Charles Jeffery Johnson (Patti) of Falling Waters. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
