He was predeceased by: his former wife Joyce Lovingood; his parents, Charlie Lovingood and Laura Bruce Lovingood; his sisters, Sue Stanley and Ida Belle Hendricks; and his nephew Davis Hendricks.
He is survived by: his wife Rheba Lovingood; his children, Leann Sweeney, James Quinn, Terri Thomson and Eric Lovingood; his stepchildren, Adrian Whitaker, Timmy Whitaker and Susan Millner; and his brother-in-law Tommy Carroll. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
