It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Celeste Wagner (Rogersville, Tennessee), who passed away on September 29, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Eugene Wagner; her children, Rhonda Maness and Ronald Wagner II; her parents, Lon Simpson and Letha Cox Simpson; and her siblings, John Simpson, D. I. Simpson, Roy Simpson, Herb Simpson and Dorothy Simpson.
She is survived by: her son Randy L. Wagner (Tanya); her grandchildren, Ronnie Littleton (Brittany), Robyn Ray (Josh), Dustin Littleton (Nikki), Ryan Wagner and Russell Wagner; and her siblings, Vivian Mullins and Tim Simpson (Elaine).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a ministry or a church of your choice in Mrs. Wagner's memory.
