He was predeceased by: his son Carl R "Cracker" Trent; his parents, Wright Trent and Mary Trent; and his siblings, Rass Trent, Freeman Trent, Jay Trent, Jess Trent, Phyliss Manis, Ruth Bentley, Nellie Trent, Bobbie Wilder and Sue Seal.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Trent; his children, Dennie Trent, Faye and Mary Trent; and his grandchildren, Katlin Trent, Gabby Adams, Emily Monica Trent, Leelan, Zach and Colson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
