He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Manis and Hattie Manis; his siblings, Conner Manis, Kenneth Manis, Richard Manis, Azelee Jones, Lorraine Horne, Rhea Waye and Virginia Ward; his son-in-law Donnie Harrell; and his great grandchildren, Graison Winstead and Cameron Winstead.
He is survived by: his children, Deb Harrell, Vickie "Sis" Byington (Dale), Lisa Winstead (York) and Sam Manis (Joyce); his grandchildren, Jason Byington, Loren Winstead, Daniel Byington, Amy Manis, Matthew Winstead, Heather Grizzle, Kelli Manis and Whitney Manis; his brother Giles Manis (Virginia); and his close friends, Tom, Doris Williams and Debbie Allen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
