He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bowlin Lawson; his children, Mark Lawson (Teresa), Carolyn Wolford (Jerry), Rita Collins (Jeff), Jeffery Lawson (Vanessa) and Troy Lawson (Ashley); his grandchildren, Rodney Lawson, Savanna Lawson, Ray Begley, Billy Begley, Casey Garland, Brittany Lawson, Ciera Holt, Liam Lawson, Lindsey Wolford, Brooke Wolford, Connor Wolford, Mickey Wolford, Angel Wolford, Glenn Tucker, Denver Tucker and James Phillips; and his brothers, Rev. J. C. Lawson (Margie) and Gerald Lawson. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
