She was predeceased by: her husband Sherman Gross; her parents, Charles W. Buttry and Bonnie Mae Trent Buttry; and her siblings, Wilma Shanks and Homer Buttry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Sexton (Jerry) of Rogersville and Vickie Long (John) of Rogersville; her grandchildren, Craig Sexton (Andrea) of Paducah, KY, Leslie Putnal (Jason) of Rogersville and Andrew Long (Shea) of Morristown; her great grandchildren, Cole and Cade Putnal; and her sister Barbara Manis of Rogesville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
