She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Burchfield; her parents, Jannette Henley and James Henley; her granddaughter Katie Barrett; her brothers, Doyle Richardson and Clyde Henley; her siblings-in-law, Lora Henley, Kathy Richardson, Richard Caldwell, John Jones, Garnie Barrett, Roy Barrett, Jr. and Carson Jeffers; and her nieces and nephews, April Barrett, Deborah Cook, Ricky Caldwell and Jason Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Frankie Thacker (Rick), Karla Delph (Larry), Dee Barrett (Lisa), Phillip Barrett (Shelly) and Greg Barrett; her grandson Joshua Lawson; the father of her children Dewey Barrett; her siblings, Dorothy Shanks (Clayton), Connie Jones, John Ashworth (Marietta), Jack Henley (Lottie), Don Henley (Charlotte) and Barney Henley; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Jeffers, Brenda Henley and Kathy Barrett. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
