It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Ann Carroll of Rogersville, Tennessee, who passed away on April 8, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Carroll; and her sons, David Hoard and Ralph Smith. She is survived by: her cousin Herman Wallace; her mother Imogene Kyle; and her friends, Ronnie and Joyce Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
